Shoes Adhesive is a fast setting clear colour adhesive. It offers strong bonding strength, waterproof, superior heat and weather resistance.

Ideal for bonding shoes materials and leather goods. It is specially designed for medium and high absorbent materials.

Application:

It is recommended to roughened bonding surfaces such as EVA, rubber and leather.
Wipe off moisture, oil and all other foreign matters on bonding surfaces.
To obtain the best bonding result it is recommended to use suitable primer on bonding surfaces before applying the adhesives.
Apply a thin layer of shoes adhesive on the bonding surfaces evenly. For effective bonding on absorbent bonding surfaces such as leather two coats may be required.
Expose the bonding surfaces under oven heat of 55 to 60°c for 5 minutes. Before assembling let the bonding surfaces cool off at room temperature for 10 seconds.
For bonding surfaces assemble under room temperature. The suggested open time is 20 to 90 minutes. For bonding surfaces with higher absorbent rate the open time shall be shorter.
After assembly apply suitable pressure on the bonding substrates.
Bond strength can be fully obtained after 24 hours.
It is recommended to add about 3%-5% hardener into the adhesive to promote better bonding result, extensive heat and water resistance.
Application should be carried out in a well-ventilated area.
